Wade Laser Clinic to undergo partial closure!
Wade Laser Clinic has made the difficult decision to close all of our Aesthetic based treatments starting January 1st 2022. This was a tough call for us to make as we have loved all our patrons and have considered you our friends over the years. But after much mulling over it was a decision that needed to be made. Here are a few points of emphasis we need to communicate.
- The aesthetic treatments will still continue through January 1st, it will just be by appointment only through our regular number (801)295-1020. Leave a message at the front desk and we will get back to you if already busy.
- We will not allow package purchases going forward, only single treatments.
- Please schedule to have any of your pre-purchased or unclaimed treatments completed before this date.
- The surgical and physician-based treatments will remain open and ongoing such as Liposuction, Breast Augmentation, BOTOX, XEOMIN and other injectables and fillers. They will be scheduled as they always have been.
- The medical practice at Wade Family Medicine is NOT CLOSING, in fact we have hired additional providers to meet our ever-growing needs.
